Terms and conditions:

1.Melbourne Australia Tours reserve the right to use other accredited tour operators and will advice you if this is the case as their is times we will combine our buses with our business partners, but at our low price and no extra hassle to you.

2. No smoking on the bus.

3. No drugs on the bus if there is drug use our driver has the right to call the police under Australia law.

4. Seat belts must be worn as per Australian Law. If you can't use a seat belt you must have a Medical certificate.

Regarding seat belts if they are not wore and their is an accident, be advice the insurance company and Melbourne Australia Tours under advice from Government authorities will have the right not to pay your medical expenses.

5. Sometimes clients might want to be drop off at different locations and might be tempted to ask the driver to do so, be advice all drop off at different locations our driver must seek permission from management, if you advice our driver to do so and he obeys you will be liable if their is any unforeseen problems. Please speak to our management team if you have to be drop off at another location then your pick up one.

6.Also while on tour be advice that if you want visit another location that isn't on the itinerary you agree too, driver must seek permission from management be advice their might be extra fees involve.

7. Any cancellations of something you don't want to go to while on tour and we already book it in with our supplier you will still have to pay the agree amount and no discount as our supplier will charge us either if we don't go there cause you cancel.

Term and Conditions: Booking Terms, Cancellations, Amendments and Refunds

Cancellation by you, the Customer — If you are not able to partake in a Tour on the date and time you have booked you should contact MAT as far prior to this date and time as possible. Cancellation within 7 days of departure will result in a 50% loss of the ticket price; Cancellation within 48 hours or failure to show will result in full fare forfeiture.

$25 per person transfer fee applies to any transfer of service within 7 days of departure.

Cancellation by the MAT (apart from weather) — In some cases MAT may make alterations to a tour date, price, inclusions, itinerary, minimum numbers, ages etc. MAT reserves the right to cancel, change, transfer or substitute any tour that you have booked, at any time and for any reason. If you choose not to accept the alternatives offered you will be entitled to a full refund including the booking fee. Notwithstanding the above, if we receive advance notice of a significant change. to a tour, we will make a reasonable effort to communicate this to you and to facilitate an amendment of the booking.

Cancellation because of Tour: Maybe weather or Government reasons — If the Tour you have booked is unable to be taken because of weather, it may be rescheduled, government road closes, park closes. If the rescheduled date is not suitable you may be entitled to a refund BUT the Customer agrees that notwithstanding any cancellation or refund policy of MAT. Although every effort is made, MAT shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. In some instances bank fees and exchange rates may mean the amount refunded is different to the amount originally paid for a tour, particularly in instances where a currency exchange is involved. MAT warrants it has no control over any bank fees or exchange rates and is unable to accept responsibility for any such discrepancies in refunded amounts.
