Melbourne Airport (Tullamarine)

Pickup can be arranged from the agreed arrivals drive meeting point and from nearby airport hotels including Parkroyal Melbourne Airport, Holiday Inn Melbourne Airport and Ibis Styles Melbourne Airport. Because terminal traffic and access rules can change, we confirm the exact meeting place with your booking rather than asking you to guess which door or lane to use. Please include your flight number and mobile number when you enquire.

Our 24/7 Airport Shuttle Bus Services are useful for early arrivals, late landings and groups travelling with luggage. If you have time before a later departure, ask about an airport-transfer-plus-city-tour combo: we can connect your arrival with a gentle introduction to Melbourne’s landmarks, laneways and riverfront before taking you to your accommodation or next pickup point. For a direct day tour, allow roughly 30 to 60 minutes to reach central Melbourne before the sightseeing route begins.

Be ready 10 minutes early at the confirmed zone. The driver contacts you by SMS on the day, and the exact pickup time is confirmed the evening before to match traffic, flight information and weather. If a flight changes, let us know as soon as possible and we will help adjust the plan.
